Anybody know roughly how many supporters Gibraltar will bring to the game? I know that the stadium holds a good 30 odd thousand so getting a ticket should be easy enough I'd suspect. If the game means something or if we're already qualified at that time there could easily be about 25,000 of us partying there.

given that their population is only 30k and its 4 hours away from Gibraltar i doubt there will be many at all

When they played Slovakia they got 7,500.

I think for the first couple of years there will be a bit of a "wow factor" with Gibraltar, and they will attract all sorts of different fans from across Europe for their games (playing in Faro was a pretty smart movie with a massive amount of direct flights to Faro and the Algarve, plus Lisbon and Seville not to far away.....

I think us taking 25k is very ambitious..... We only really take those once in a blue moon, with 15-ish for the more bigger matches.

Given they are the pot 6 team, numbers will not be to high, but the uniqueness of the match, I think its during the school holidays and ease to get there, think we will take 8-12k for this game.

It will actually surprise you the number of folk who have not taken it in that the game is in Faro (speaking to someone last week, said he would love to attend this game, but would not get a ticket as Gibraltars stadium only holds 4,000-ish)

I meant to write 15,000 not 25k, and especially if they are already out at that time (which they probably will be) I doubt they will have many fans there. Hopefully we will of all but guaranteed second place going into the game

Sounds like the stadium in Bari? Unless you could get on a bus you were pretty much screwed for getting back into town....
