Couple of us just booked Ryanair East Midlands to Warsaw for £59 return. Get into Warsaw just after 10am on matchday and fly back Thursday back in for 12pm. Hotel £40 per night so a cheap trip even taking the fuel into account for driving down the road.

We'll do it the right way.....the Scottish way!!!!!!!!!!

There is a bus that takes you in to the city centre from Modlin. However, if there is 4 or more, a taxi might be worth investing in.

Booked  a while ago.  Bristol to Warsaw Modlin - £32.99 each way going Sun returning Thurs.  Think it's cheaper going out now (last time checked) and the same price (£32.99) for return.

I have read there are plenty trains and busses that go to Warsaw from the Modlin airport. What prices are they per person?

Sounds Good.  Do you need to pre book or can you just pay when you get off the plane?

There isn't a train from Modlin airport, you have to get a bus to the train station.

If anyone on this flight wants to share a cab, let me know. There's 2 of us. The taxi price is the same whether there's 2 of you or 4 of you. If no takers, we'll get the bus.

You have the two airports mixed up.

Chopin airport is the main city one with excellent transport links to the city centre (10-15 minutes away), Modlin is the bog standard Ryanair shed in the middle of the Polish countryside, miles from anywhere, were bus or taxi is your only option.
