I hoping to put a bus on from Albufeira to faro on the day of the game, I have 10 names already, so if anyone is interested please leave your interest below. Costs will be confirmed at a later date, but the more I have the cheaper it will be,

The booking is at an early stage yet folks, but the way things are shaping with interest this will more than likely happen on a first come first served basis. Numbers now stand at 16, that's including those that have replied. Thanks lads.... We,ll be comin !!

Details will follow in the next 2-3 weeks. I now have around 30 seats taken, so this bus will be booked. If we surpass the numbers on the first bus we will look at putting on a second bus depending on numbers . Details on how to pay will also be posted in the above time frame.

what rough time are you likely to be leaving albufeira giving that, from bitter experience, there is hee haw to do within a 5 mile radius of the ground?

good stuff

as i posted on the other thread a group of us went to the Euro 2004 game at the Algarve Stadium for the opening day game between Spain and Russia. That game followed Portugal v Greece in the opener and we thought we would hit the ground early and there would be big screens and beer tents and the like.

Got there and there was nothing as the ground is several miles out of faro there was not a pub to be seen. Was in the middle of summer so it was baking too.Ended up going into the ground very early for some shelter.
