Piano Man is usually packed to the door, although a couple of weeks ago the street was reduced to one lane, to make way for outdoor seating. In general Islandijos (Iceland) street is packed with pubs and was very trendy a couple of years ago. Brand new https://www.facebook.com/HootersLietuva/ is nearby too
The area around the station/stadium and old town wall is apparently very cool now with lots of new pubs full of craft ales and hipsters, Leith-like. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/54.6741633,25.2849777/54.6740556,25.2858265/Peronas/@54.6715639,25.284452,17z/data=!4m25!4m24!1m15!3m4!1m2!1d25.2829514!2d54.6725221!3s0x46dd946a75b2aa8b:0xdf3578b51ce6b1b7!3m4!1m2!1d25.2844234!2d54.6710347!3s0x46dd94418ca38bd5:0x2321f336f77e60b1!3m4!1m2!1d25.2891755!2d54.6719494!3s0x46dd944105496339:0xd617edc2338a4c40!1m0!1m5!1m1!1s0x0:0x289b96e996cb043f!2m2!1d25.2832907!2d54.6697033!3e2
@Peronasbaras, next to the station is a must for train lovers, with seating on the former mail loading platform, can watch the trains go by, good size.
Avoid Portobelo, which is by default home support pub.
Again it is Vilnius City Fiesta festival on those days and start of school year, so expect plenty of action and longer than usual waiting times
