  1. Re the right back situation: why has Calvin Ramsay not been mentioned? Thinks he is playing now on loan at Preston, and he has one cap.
  2. Ah yes. But that was when they had a much smaller pool. Bit like us now I suppose.
  3. I've asked this before, but how come England never seem to get serious injuries? Their top players like Palmer, Kane and Foden play for clubs that play a huge number of games right at the pressure end. Are they better trained or what?
  4. Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!
  5. Injuries happen to all teams but you would think with all the players England have playing for elite clubs who regularly feature in the latter stages of campaigns that they would have a lot more injuries - yet they rarely get injuries to their key players. Better treatment perhaps?
  6. He's only got 9 goals though cf to that Smzodics with23. The latter has just been 'discovered' by RoI. Why can't we find someone like that? Anybody with Scottish connections with over 20 in the Championship would be automatic for our squad.
  7. Now you're just being silly. Burke never did anything in the EPL: McBurnie now has 6 goals.
  8. Certainly McBurnie is outperforming Dykes right now. Don't kow why he's hated by some on here. Think it might be because he is a Rangers supporter. But they will say, No! It's because he's rank.
  9. Anyone know why McGinn didn't play for Villa in their 4-1 defeat? Is he injured?
  10. Better news on Gilmour; 3-4 weeks apparently. Just Hickey to worry about now.
  11. After watching that you tube analysis of Ferguson the whole way through ( can't find who posted it but thanks for doing it), I now think we should build around Ferguson, even it means - leaving out Tierney or Robertson. He is the ideal no. 10 and should bring out the best in Shankland. How about: Gunn: Hickey, Hanley, McKenna, Robertson/Tierney; Gilmour, McGregor; McTom, Ferguson, McGinn: Shankland.
  12. I will only accept folk saying Clarke should go if they can suggest a credible replacement who would be willing to take the job. I can only think of Michael O'Neill and he turned us down.
  13. Sticking Super john McGinn on the programme cover was a crass error, comparable to the 1978 send-off for Argentina. McGinn is not undroppable any more; he has hardly scored this season for his club and the last 2 matches he has been rotten, sending crosses out of play and shooting wildly. I'd give his spot to Ferguson.
