Nah your wrong on the 'global view' part. People dont look at scotland very much at all (in fact this is the only time it makes headlines) and when they did last week, they look on with complete bemusement as why a rich country wouldnt want to run itself. There bemused as well, because there media reports the facts with no bias on things like currency, pensions etc, so they dont understand. They dont 'laugh' per se, but they do wonder what is wrong with 55% of the populace.
