It's inane twaddle of the Flure / Uddyredz variety that's already making me think I need to bring forward my predicted date.

I wouldn't go as far to call it dramatic; still, it's another board milestone of sorts.

Had you worked your way through the archived thread to which a link was provided in the OP you'd know that the post-count on the board's front page is inaccurate. The true total can be found by hovering your cursor over the 'Reply' button to the latest post.

Cheers, OLAS. This un's the 1,999,074th.

In the next week then?

I wonder if the 2 millionth poster will disappear into obscurity like the Man from Del Monte?

If there is a curse am sure we can all think/hope of a few candidates....

I'm guessing Sunday evening / Monday morning. 20+ posts between your post and DonnyTJS' one above it.

I'll take any odds on it being about the Old Firm and/or songs they sing :ok:

The Hearts Celtic game is on Sunday. So if it gets as far as Sunday then its a given.

Between now and then we have the squad announcement so guaranteed:

15 pages on Levein not picking Fletcher
5 pages on Abagail-Smith, Scottish or not
4 pages working out who blotto was

Regan, Ogilve, Doncaster, Longmuir and Ballantyne, a quintent quartet trio of tossers - who are somehow still in a job

Sometime tomorrow, I reckon. There's been 264 posts made since around 4:00 this morning.

Wonder what Scotty would make of your post, johnnie x - it was number 1999111

This one is [wait for the edit]...1999117

Feck knows. You covered most of the likely candidates, although the way things are going, something OF-related and dripping with bile has got to be NAP.

Squad announcement threads are always pretty busy so would expect it to be in there if being serious. :ok:
