Avatars are no more and are replaced with photos. To upload a photo click on your username (top right), then My Profile.
You'll see your photo on the right - hover your mouse over the change button.
Select a photo - photos have to be a max of 200 pixles tall by 300 pixles wide, with a max file size of 100kb.
Signatures are now limited to 2 lines of text but can now contain 1 web link.
