^^^^^^ he sounds vey credible..... as does Green usually. However he looks like a Jakey in a suit and broke something in the studio about 6mins into the interview...

wonder if he'll get a bill

Remember earlier in the thread I mentioned a creditor who was offered a % of his debt from the fighting fund? Well after ignoring it and thinking it would be the end of it, they received a cheque today from them for the full balance of his debt. Credit were credit is due, and a nice touch considering the debt has been effectively wiped out with little chance of return.

If the accounts haven't been submitted (which isn't a certainty) then what?

Why suspend investigations?

Because they're stuck. They don't know whether or not the newco would take the punishment for the oldco's double contract practice.

Which suggests that an outcome has already been decided... Or am I reading too much into it?

its a piece of nonsense. why suspend the investigation? people will still want to know whether it happened or not regardless of whether there is punishment. the whole thing is a joke.

I think it's so they can take legal advice about who they can hand any sanctions to, they don't want to end up in court like the SFA.

It will decide the history debate one way or another though.

So they don't think it matters to the fans whether or not the oldco "cheated"?

Even if punishments are not transferable everyone that paid to attend an SPL football match in the last twelve years deserves to know the outcome to this. And if the SPL decide they "cheated" then the history books NEED to be rewritten in accordance with their rules.

If they don't "get" that then none of them are "fit and proper persons"....
iAYE we can!
