The article makes no reference to the fact that Fletcher hasn't been selected for Scotland for a number of matches now.

I'd wager the Huddersfield Examiner isn't aware of Fletcher's exile and they've put 2 and 2 together and come up with 5.

The Huddersfield Examiner is always going to be Rhodes-Focused, not Scotland-and-Fletcher-focused.

The Huddersfield Examiner isn't even published in Huddersfield these days & tends to just employ a few local reporters & recycle stories from Mirror Group newspapers who own it.

I'd treat anything you read there with a pinch of salt. I stopped buying it years ago.

Delighted if that's the case, but I'll believe it when I see it. And if it is true CL deserves a bit of credit for getting it sorted. Hopefully fletch can come back in without a media circus surrounding the whole thing.

Hope it is true, and Levein was at a wolves game few weeks back, but press never made a big deal on it (no headlines like "Levein snubs Fletcher at Wolves game") but will wait till 10am on Monday morning
