Who wants a friendly at hampden anyway? Half full, shite.

Easter Road would be good.

Agreed, Easter road would be an ideal venue for a friendly game against middle of the road opposition.

Times like these will make the good times all the sweeter :)

Well they may have a problem if they play half decent opposition at a ground with less than 20k capacity given the amout of fans on her clamouring for a home game.

I'd got my wire crossed - wrongly picked up this would be an away game. Obviously not.

Thank fick - if it was it'd knock me back a point if I didn't attend (as the game in Prague would drop off).

Wires obviously. My wire isn't long enough to get crossed.

Regan and broadfoot have both made comments on twitter in the last week about this being an exciting prospect/match.

With that in mind was having a look to see who is available. Most of the top countries are already organised for August. That I can see, Italy don't yet. Possibility?

The socceroos were mentioned earlier, but not really that eye catching. Spain, Portugal, England and Russia are maybe the next best available euro teams that don't have games that I can see. I'd rule out Spain and England.

Also read Wales approached Peru for a game in August before confirming Bosnia. Peru would be interesting.

Take it no other rumours?

Depends where Levein fancies a holiday.

I'm guessing Portugal. It's nice in August.
Has many Liechtenstein/Scotland twin-flag badges.

Will swap.

For money...

I saw Broadfoot's comments yesterday but what did Regan say?

It did all change in 2012 but the Black will be back in 2013 along with a new challenger. Good luck to all!

I asked him last week if they were working on aug/nov friendlies as half of Europe already had games sorted. He replied "yes, you're going to love it".

Perhaps it's a round robin carling cup kicking off at Easter road! Lol.

We can't use Hampden because of the blinking Olympics? Nice to see Hampden Park Plc have their priorities right.
