You ever see Matt Elliott, Robbie Stockdale and Scott Dobie play in a Scotland shirt if you think the current lot are "2nd rate"?

Yes, I saw them all in a Scotland shirt. Who would you have played instead?

We have guys like McCormack, Fletcher, Bryson, Bell, Wallace etc who can't get in the squad but CMS, Gilks and their pals can. You can't seriously say they deserve to be in the squad?

Even if Berti etc called up diddies, it doesn't defend Levein continually overlooking better Scottish players.

Okay, if the 7 players in question weren't called up, which "better players" would be getting called up instead?

I'll give you Marshall or Bell ahead of Gilks.

I'll even give you McCormack ahead of CMS.

But which options do we have that are better than Martin, Bardsley, Morrison, Mackie and Phillips that aren't in the squad?

Steven Fletcher.

Even if its just one player who is in ahead of a Scottish player, then its one too many.

There is no way Gilks should be in the squad ahead of Marshall, never mind Bell.

A 20 year old haddie????

Yep.

How many of these wonderkids turn out shyt?

Hows Burchill, Burke and Bagan, Riordan etc

And will be average at best, not that it matters, he would prefer to play for another country, surely thats all that matters. He realises he isnt that good, thats why he has decided to play for Scotland, its a joke.
The only way is up.

Wth Scottish parents.

Don Hutchinson was a cracking player for us, his dad was Scottish and he felt Scottish.

The likes of Gilks/CMS would play with England in a heartbeat and are in the squad ahead of Scottish players who are wanting to play for us.

I'll need to try and find the interview where Alexander mentions Elliott.

Vote No and forever lose the right to complain about a UK Govt that does not represent Scotland
Vote Yes in 2014 and get the government we want, every single time
