We need a prototypical number 10, (Some say that it's actually number 9, but I'm not of that generation) someone who is strong and powerful and someone who can make the ball stick, who also has an eye for goal.
We don't have anyone like that. I had hopes for Goodwillie but I'm not sure why he can't break into the Blackburn team, I'm watching the Sunderland... both teams are awful. Hanley is doing well, though.

Silly statement, let yourself down there
The facts since that game show that unless you are Kenny Miller or Craig Mackerel-Salad you have no chance of featuring up front for Scotland.
And don't mention Goodwillie - his one start up front was on his own, in a home game v Lithuania. Yes, one up at home v Lithuania in a competitive fixture!!!!

If I were Craig Levein I'd be absolutely delighted with all the attention he's getting.

O'Connor should be our number one striker
Disagree. His forms minging recently - as is his wasteband.

When's his trial? He needs to get that out of the way before he can get back to concentrating on his game. There is no doubting his ability when he is on form.Disagree. His forms minging recently - as his wasteband.

Thought he was really good at the beginning of the season. Shocking since.
Think his trials on a bit of a delay.
He should get the book thrown at him in my opinion, drugs and fraud - hopefully no favouritism if he is indeed guilty.

What I meant is in a perfect world and his head was right and he was with a big team scoring goals then he would be our main striker.
In reality, though, his career has been flushed.

Aye, just seen this link about it. It was also Paul McBride who was looking after him so that will probably mean another delay till he sorts out a new Lawyer.Thought he was really good at the beginning of the season. Shocking since.

O'Connor should be our number one striker right now,
You, SlayerX, are a man of inconsistencies.
You think a guy who deliberately gets booked so he can miss a Scotland away game should be out number one striker?
(And that's before we even get onto his made up excuse about why he couldn't go to play for us in Ukraine).
Hallelujah!! Glory, glory hallelujah!!!

I did say "In a perfect world".
In a perfect world he would not be an idiot, therefore the booking thing and the excuse thing would never have transpired.
Oh, if you want to have a shot at me then make it worth my while.
When he began his career he had it all, it's just a shame that he's an idiot.

To be fair, he was saying that If O'connor had fullfilled his promise. Unfortunately he is yet another top prospect to píss his career awayYou, SlayerX, are a man of inconsistencies.
