I have an image file for my car's satnav i want to burn to disc, but it's 6.9GB whereas normal discs only hold 4.7Gb.
How do I go about buring it? Dual Layer discs? Special software? Snookered here

Yes a dual layer disc(8.5Gb) or blueray disc(25-50Gb depending on single of dual layer) of course you will also need a dual layer writer or blue ray writer.
Other alternative is stick it on a usb memory key or sdcard.

The car's satnav only reads dvds so it will have to be on a disc
