Im off to see if he has said anything remotely cocky on twitter...Did a quick search and it says that his nationality is Belgium, so it would certainly appear so.
If he's anything like recent standard of Belgium kids then it can only bode well.
Plus the name should qualify him alone.

The SFA are shrwed operators in signing up the disapora. I expect they've dialed Bell's number and recevied an answer from the lad stating if he will accept the call. If he is a midfielder, we should let him go roaming in the middle of the park.
