Yet Levein insisted: “He was excellent. For making his debut in a team that wasn’t playing well I was quite pleased for him.
“It’s hard to show up well in a team that’s not playing well.”
Vote No and forever lose the right to complain about a UK Govt that does not represent Scotland
Vote Yes in 2014 and get the government we want, every single time

Putting aside the fact that he's another eligible and athough I haven't seen much of him playing, I wouldn't be writing him off after that one game though, the part Levein did get right is that it's hard to perform in a team that's completely mince so like Adam in Sweden he probably should be given another chance if he continues to perform well for club.

Difficult to judge him on one game, let alone a game where the full team were abysmal.
Saying he was excellent is mental.

There was nothing about any Scotland player that could even come close to using a word like excellent unless it was a descriptive beginning to a negative like 'excellently sh*te'

I didn't disagree. I said it was difficult to judge him at all under the circumstances.Saying he was excellent is mental.

I agree. Although it seems Levein was happy to judge Steven Fletcher on one game.
Hallelujah!! Glory, glory hallelujah!!!

I thought he was awful and offered nothing at all, but neither did anyone bar Brown.
