OK GTA - I'll bite: Rhodes lived in Scotland, going to school there for a few years, where he grew up supporting Scotland with a passion, as he still does..............
....and you'll never see a photo of him in an england shirt, representative or otherwise

Rhodes accepted a call up by England at youth level, just because he didn't play it doesn't make him any less English.

Rhodes is English.

Yes and never played. He's only ever represented Scotland.
