Anyone going to Musselburgh tomorrow?

Pretty poor card but i guess that's what happens when you try to have a big meeting on the same day as the Derby.

Any tips welcome :d

Try following "getyourtipsout" on twitter.

Will tip a horse in every race, probably late morning.

So many total fvds at Musselburgh today. Doubt I'll be back to the course.

They need to stop letting arseholes in.

It looked busy on the TV - certainly in comparison to my visits there (also Father Ted free when I've been).

Hope they'd more than one person on the bar at the social club next door today - on my last visit the wifie couldn't cope (and that was a quiet meeting!).

Never been so bored in my life. Hate horse racing, so it didn't bode well.

Started off in the stands and you can't see anything except the final straight. It's like standing at Hampden with the game blanked out and only seeing the goals.
So headed to a pub inside the course and it was hoaching - why pay £25 to sit in a pub and pay extortionate prices (we had an excuse because we were on a stag)?

Totally pants and will never be back. Still amazed that people turn up to this p!sh in huge numbers.

Bear in mind it was Edinburgh Cup day yesterday and there's no football to go to at the moment so its the busiest the course is going to be all year.

I enjoyed yesterday, would've been nice to get a winner though!

Didn't come across any trouble or arseholes either.

So stop aresholes but still let fuds in? That sounds like a plan you would come up with.
....however on paper a debt free Rangers would still be worth around £120 million.

If you want to try racing then the best time to go is Midweek not at a weekend and I'd recommend Kelso as a first choice and Perth as a second.

About 18 months ago I was the exact same, then I had a 'road to Damascus' conversion.

As Colonel says, a busy weekend fixture is probably not the best introduction. I love going to midweek fixtures; they have the added bonus of making you feel like a gentleman of leisure whilst most people (in employment) are stuck at work.
