Misleading thread title.

You're making it sound like Steven Fletcher snubbed Pearce, but it's the other was round.

yes - scottish players would always be snubbed unfairly in a Brit utopia - they should take heed.

Looks like Lampard, Beckham and Bellamy are over aged players they want..... Need to keep an eye on all the U21 players now!

If you think Puma Clyde is the greatest trainer of ever

Well Wales is a principality of england so I fully expect it to be an england + principality squad. I'll be very pleased to see no Scots there as per the SFAs original opinion on the matter.

Yes it is looking more promising by the day that this frankenstein team will end up comprising of English & Welsh only :cheers3:
Let's hope that's how it pans out and that Scotland is not even given a passing mention as ever being part of it.

Good luck in the future to "team Engles" or "team Waland" or however they want to split the glory!

Find me one quote from Fletcher saying he wanted to play.

I bet you can't.

His agent has stated on the record that he has discussed the possibility of representing team GB, and the agent has confirmed that Fletcher was interested. And yes, there are quotes:

So, are you calling Steven Fletcher's agent a liar?

He's stated that he's discussed this with his client, it can't be any clearer.
