Granite City Scots

Welcome to Aberdeen's No. 1 Scotland Supporters Club

The club has been set up to meet the demands of North East fans, travelling to Hampden on match days from the Aberdeen area. We are a family friendly club, set up in the summer of 2009 to run buses to as many Scotland fixtures as possible. As a club we also like to travel for the famous away days, exploring new lifestyles, cultures and making foreign friends ..... and trying their beer !!!

As the majority of our members are part of the Scotland Supporters Club we can try our very best to obtain tickets for any non-SSC members, however, we cannot guarantee tickets for any game.

Club Membership for the World Cup Campaign

Membership for 2012/ 2013 is £20 for adults and £10 for kids (16 years and under) which will get you a discounted place on all our buses for the 2014 World Cup Campaign qualifying matches (home fixtures). There will also be a free gift for members and official merchandise ready for the first game in September.

Future club events include a Christmas night out in December (Which is part subsidised by the club).

Please remember if you attend all the home games you will save money in the long run through the subsidy of the bus (£15 for members and £20 for non-members).

If interested in joining visit our web site (www.granitecityscots.com.) or send us an e mail at mike@granitecityscots.com

Buses to Hampden

Mid week Fixtures - The club meet up at Café Dag around 2pm to arrive at Hampden for roughly 6pm, heading up the road straight after the game.

Saturday Fixtures - For all 3pm Saturday games the bus departs from Café Dag around 8am and head to the Jokers family friendly bar in Glasgow and have a pre-match refreshment, before leaving at around 1.30pm to arrive at Hampden for around 2pm in plenty of time for kick-off. The bus then heads home at 6pm and return to our good hosts at Café Dag staff who will generally lay on a spread.

The cost of buses is £15 for members and £20 for non-members (kids are £10 for members and £15 for non-members)

We are now taking names for buses to Scotland v Serbia (sat 08 Sept 2012) and Scotland v Macedonia (Tues 11 Sept 2012). If you would like a seat for either game please contact us by e mail.

What to do now

If interested in joining the club please visit the web site or contact us at e mail address above.

If interested in bus travel (members and non-members) please contact us at e mail address above.

Please provide us with your name, contact telephone number and e mail address.
