Ill advised buffoonery.

The general public has a perception of top level footballers as over paid and of having little concept of the value of money. It's not difficult for players to act with a bit of decorum.

It's hardly crime of the century but it was a bit silly. Especially when you should know how strict Di Canio is.

Hallelujah!! Glory, glory hallelujah!!!

Bardlsey would be a good signing for most teams in the EPL.

Well, he's not going to the likes of man u, man city, chelsea, arsenal, spurs, liverpool or everton.

Newcastle - french international

Villa - well rated youngster

Stoke - US international

Swansea - Rangel's decent.

Fulham - look eager to sign Riether permanently

norwich - martin's a solid player for them

west brom - jones seems decent and favoured

So he's left with west ham and soton? or one of the promoted teams. Hardly a plethora of great options.

Bardsley has a daft photo taken that is clearly him and mates having a laugh. And Di Canio ( a fascist) is unhappy. Di Canio should be booted out of England.

A professional footballer shouldn't be a casino if they have training the next day. Could he not have just waited till the end of the season?

I guess he could/should have waited. Is there a rule that a professional footballer can't go to a casino? I dunno. If I was a Sunderland fan I would be more concerned that my club's manager was a fascist than that the right back had his photo taken in a casino messing about.
