Following discussion about touting on the board, a new rule has been made under Rule 10 of the Ten Commandments of the board rules (the one that lets us make up new rules as required).

Advertising a ticket for sale for more than face value is no longer allowed.

Importantly, saying you are prepared to pay over the odds is soliciting touting and is banned too. The more people say that they are prepared to pay more than face value, the more it encourages touting.

If you say you are looking for a ticket and someone PM/emails you offering one for more than face value, please let us know.

Posts/topics offering or asking for tickets for more than face value will be deleted. First offenders will be reminded about this rule. Second offenders looking to buy will get a warning on their bar; second offenders looking to sell will be banned.

We understand the frustration people must feel if they don't have tickets for the Italy game yet, but encouraging touting will do us no good in the long term as it will only encourage people to join the SSC just to get hold of tickets to sell on at a profit.
