Nope! I can cope with Scottish grandparents, but no Scottish blood means no playing for Scotland!

The day that this sort of rule is taken advantage of we'd be as well chucking it.
I think the grandparent is pushing it but at least they have some Scottish blood. I think it should be narrowed down to country of birth and parents.

I agree Even grandparents is pushing it a bit. How many Scottish caps have been issued to guys who were not good enough to play for their country of birth or that of their parents? Too many

Does this not lose the point in the yes vote? Anyone who would want someone like Nacho Novo in the Scotland team, with absolutely nothing to do with his footballing ability must be 'aff their nut!'
Saying that, i think it would just be getting a bit ridiculous if he was in the team even if we were to consider his footballing ability, which we have better or at least just as good as already anyway.

Even if he did get a call up from scotland i don't think his club (rangers) would release him OR he would be injured so can't play anyway.
