The price of relegation.

I see the Scottish Government have done a major about-turn on this. Last week they announced that the crofetrs had lost the tenacy to a Lanarkshire Sporting Company, as they were outbid in the tender process. At the time some representative of SG said that it could not be helped, as under regulations, they had to accept "best value"

 

Today Alex announced that they were getting to keep the tenancy for another year, and the previous agreement with the Sporting Company had been terminated by "mutual consent". It appears they have been given £9000 to cover "mutual consent"

 

At the time, I thought it was a bad move by the SG, as it basically made them like the traditional land owner. They seem to have realised that and done a 180 degree about face.

I see that yesterday's meeting failed to resolve the issue, and it's being carried forward again. When asked if there would be a vote next month Doncaster said "who knows?

Usual SPL shambles!! I I believe that Aberdeen were going to vote with Celtic to stop the move away from the current 11 -1 staus quo.

Seems that Ross McCormack is out for up to 2 months with an ankle injury. Not good news.

Apparently Eck was booed by the crowd in Glasgow at the "Scolympian" parade. How could this happen
